Hi I’m Pam Daughters (the SophroCoach)

I’m a fully qualified Practitioner in Sophrology providing support to a range of clients through 1:1 sessions and group work. I have a true passion for Sophrology and believe it is a gentle and caring approach to help quieten the mind, relax the body and reset our focus to help us overcome and deal with life’s challenges.

My primary focus is on life events, tailored wellbeing solutions, preparing for birth, divorce and separation and supporting families through difficult times.
